Hi-Fi Sound On-the-Go

The A&norma series was created to enjoy the premium sounds of Astell&Kern in a portable size with best-in class-specs. SR25 MKII, the previous model in the series, was loved by both enthusiasts and novices. The SR35 brings new tech and A&K's long-standing know-how for a more delicate and clear Hi-Fi sound with all the bells and whistles.

Quad DAC Mode for True Hi-FI Sound

For the first time in the A&norma series, the SR35 deploys the CS43198 DAC for Cirrus Logic, in Quad DAC configuration. In addition, a new audio circuit design has been implemented, incorporating Astell&Kern's unique technical collaboration between the Quad DAC and patented TERATON ALPHA tech for outstanding advancement in dynamics, space, resolution, and separation. A Dual/Quad DAC Switching mode is also offered enabling users to adjust and improve power management efficiency.

New Generation Amp

The SR35 is equipped with New Generation AMP technology previously exclusive to the A&ultima line, a unique design that improves noise reduction at high power output. The SR35 now contains the same amplifier design as the latest A&ultimate and A&futura products. Moreover, in order to reliably operate at varying output source impedances, the output current handling capability is increased to maximize the performance of varying devices.

2-Step Gain Mode

The SR35 supports a 2-step Gain Level mode to create the perfect match for a wide range of headphones and IEMs for seamless use of both sensitive and hard-to-drive devices. Both 'Normal Gain' and 'High Gain' modes can generate a high current output to create a powerful sound and excellent driver control. With up to 6Vrms from the balanced connections, driving high-impedance headphones has never been easier.

In step with Astell&Kern's core value of the A&norma series, the SR35 provides unlimited Hi-Fi audio anywhere at any time with premium-class specifications, offering the best portability in the DAP market with class-leading playback time and output power. New Experience, New User Interface

The SR35 comes with a redesigned Crimson-themed UI/UX, transforming it into a deeply connective true music player. It's designed for quick music category browsing and re-experiencing forgotten songs. A&K added an easy album art search function for re-discovery and heightened interaction of music album art while listening.
