Rex 5 Three Week Ownership

Only 3 stars because of questionable unboxing experience. There was some sort of white Debris both on the charging case and quite a bit on the back of the instruction manual. I did purchase a new pair and it almost seemed refurbished due to the particulates inside the container. Sound quality is great! Eq adjustability is phenomenal!

sounds lovely but .....

these are well made, sound fantastic and connectivity has been absolutely fine to date, my only issue and it wont apply to many is that they are quite large for my smaller ears, lesson for me to research more fully in future but can imagine these an excellent buy for most

Great sounding IEMS

Ultimately, I bought these to listen to music while at work. Unfortunately with how much I sweat and move around, i wasn’t fully confident in the ability to keep these in my ears

That said, these are the best sounding earbuds I’ve heard. Amazing vocals and instrumental. Bass feels weak, but what you do feel is pretty smooth

Awesome Sound Quality

I own several premium earbuds, Beoplay Eleven, B&W PI8, and Devialet Gemini II to name a few. The Rex 5’s out sound the others because of two main factors; the five driver design and most of all the EQ flexibility. The EQ personalization is fabulous. The buds sounded good out of the box but personalizing them opened up a whole new world. You can adjust from there using a 3 element EQ or 10 band EQ. Comfortable fit and the plethora of tips they send negate having to purchase third party tips as I’ve always done. I love the dual phalange in large. The ANC is average but my main concern in any earbud is sound quality alone. I live in Lake Tahoe where noise is not an issue and I have all my earbuds with ANC turned off. That’s my take, a technical audiophile I’m not, But I know what I like and these do it for me. Thanks Bloom, your purchase experience was awesome and shipping immediate.

Noble Audio FoKus Rex5

Been an Audio nut since 1982. In USA I had a few home audio systems then put $12,000 audio system in cars. In 2005 moved to Hong Kong and it was on the go audio systems with $3,000 iem cables , portable tube amps etc. Back in USA doing outdoor work walking 7 miles at work and been using the Rex5 in the downtown Miami heat. Sounds great. This Rex5 is really good and it is not just a wireless earbud. The Rex5 is a Hugh audio earbud very detailed layered and versatile. I am impressed and I can hear and feel how well it reproduces the music. If you want to sit and listen to music for hours and fall in love with your old favorite tracks or you want to go outside for a walk and hear high quality music then get the Rex5.
