A Cable as Epic as Dante's Divine Comedy
The Dante Series represents Eletech’s exploration into the realm of full-sized headphone cables. Inspired by the works of the famous Italian poet Dante Alighieri, the Dante Series heavily features themes from his epic trilogy. The cables explore an entirely different approach to crafts and geometry, achieving a perfect blend that is most suitable for headphone usage.
Purgatorio was born from months of ceaseless experiments and prototyping, and the final result is an exemplary cable structure that bolsters headphones, elevating them to a whole new level of Flagship performance.
Bespoke Designer Hardware
Eletech’s Purgatorio is inspired from the multi-layered pictorial visualizations from ‘Dante’s Purgatorio’. Featuring a unibody design, Purgatorio presents itself in a deep gunmetal color tone, topping off with a sandblasted finish. The Y-Split is designed with reference to the multi-levels depicted in ‘Dante’s Purgatorio', with pointed arch structures as well as a tapered design to offer a fresh tactile and visual experience.
Sound Signature
Purgatorio offers a dual full-core design wherein each signal path (+ / -) is fed with dual highly efficient complete 21 AWG gauge core packed with flagship class high purity OCC Silver.
This configuration essentially allows for an expansive imaging and depth with a fast transient, accurate decay for an alluring true-to-life presentation. Purgatorio excels in a highly transparent sound signature while showing off unique characteristics from the customized blend. There is a highly transparent and lush musical presentation while offering precise stereo imaging and huge sound-stage. Its dual shielded layers allow for it to offer a very dark yet transparent background.
