I've been stubborn in that I like to use high-end IEMs connected to my iPhone at the gym because the better the sound is, the better my workout is. This lets me keep my iPhone and M15i together, with just the audio cable hanging from my pocket. I'm not entirely sure when one would use the small fold on the left. I just use it to carry the short USB-C cable when it's not in use.
The case itself is very well made, with high-quality materials and strong MagSafe.
Since the design is meant to be attached directly to the iPhone, placing m15i close to the phone is unavoidable. With the Questyle stock cable, this setup caused static noise. However, when I switched to a premium OTG cable, the issue disappeared.
Overall, it’s a great case, but the stock cable may not be the best option if you’re sensitive to interference.
The Questyle Magsafe Cover is a perfect fit for building your own Questyle DAP. I combined a Moto G Play 2024, Questyle M15C, and ESR Magsafe adaptive rings. As I do not own any, I can not attest to the magnetic adhesion to a native magsafe device. The adaptive rings provide a tighter fit than a Moto Magsafe case. The M15C fits securely without fear of dropping out. Time will only tell if the leather will stand up to extended use. All in all, better than resorting to double sided tape or glue.
