iBasso's Self-Developed FPGA Master Technology

Modular Design With Swappable Amp Modules

iBasso DX240 is a modular digital audio player with swappable AMP modules. Users can switch the amp module in DX240 at their personal preference. DX240 supports AMP1-AMP8 modules straight out of the box(All of these were previously launched for the DX220 series. Only the AMP9 and above modules that are designed specifically for the DX300 are not supported by the DX240. iBasso packs the AMP1 MK3 module with the DX240. It has 2.5mm Bal, 3.5mm SE PO ports as well as a 3.5mm LO port.

Nice size and weight to be portable Good sound quality with Amp 8 Mk 2.

Best DAP ever

Paired with AMP8 MKII, this can't be beat. It literally takes you there especially with filter D4. Sounds better than the $3500 Sony WM1Z and my other DAPs, ZX500, DX160,NW-A55 which have all been sold or given away.

DX240 has layers upon layers of sound. Android SRC bypass makes all apps bit-perfect. Tidal sound like a live event especially with live albums or songs. My jaw literally drops every time. I love music and this is exactly what I've been looking for all these years.

Great synergy with my ThieAudio Monarch OG (don't like the more forward treble and leaner bass in MKII Monarch) which is paired is MKII cable (So much better for details, separation and better bass)

DX240 is a steal for under $1000. I'm more than satisfied

iBasso DX240 is the Highest fidelity DAP

The DX240 is the highest fidelity DAP on the market, rivaling or edging out even the Lotoo Paw Gold Touch. With its ES9038Pro DAC chip, and the default Amp 1 MkIII, the DX240 gives an unsurpassed clarity and authenticity to the music. Paired with my Final A8000 earphones, I have never before had such a thrillingly precise rendition of my FLAC files in a handily portable package. The fidelity is fully on par with my outstanding desktop DAC+HPA setup. Many kudos to iBasso!
