HE1000 WiFi
Typical wireless audio suffers from the bottleneck that occurs due to Bluetooth’s naturally narrow bandwidth, which is a mere 1-2 Mb/second – a fraction of what is needed to transfer high-resolution lossless audio streams. HIFIMAN’s WiFi headphones rely on WiFi technology to transfer music at rates of up to 633MB/second, which supports all current lossless formats.
In addition to WiFi connections, HE1000 WiFi includes Bluetooth 5.1 and a USB-C port for wired connections and charging.
Hymalaya Mini
The in-house developed R2R D/A converter is an important element of the headphones’ performance. The Hymalaya DAC chip achieves true high-fidelity sonics without requiring massive power, making it possible to support high-speed, full-resolution lossless audio in a variety of formats by using commonplace smartphones and tablets.
HIFIMAN Technology
Typical of many of the company’s recent high-end models, HE1000 WiFi’s planar drivers include the HIFIMAN-developed Nano Diaphragm. It also includes HIFIMAN’s Stealth Magnet technology.
A custom-made class AB balanced amplifier in the earcups works with these drivers to produce the headphones’ signature high-fidelity sound and detailed imaging. The result is acoustically transparent, dramatically reducing wave diffraction turbulence that degrades the integrity of the sound waves.
