Double-Strand Shielded Cable

The conductors of BC150G adopt a 2+2+1 structure. Both signal positive and negative wires are constructed from distinct conductor materials, each consisting of two twisted conductor sets, with an outer shielding mesh wrapped around the outermost layer.

The symmetrical double-strand design delivers excellent flexibility during bending and minimizes internal stress of wire cores. Its parallel twisted structure effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference while transmitting audio signals.

Red Sandalwood and Aluminum Alloy

High-density small-leaf red sandalwood is matched with aluminum alloy fittings, two materials widely used in high-fidelity audio systems. Thanks to its inherent damping property, the sandalwood absorbs tiny vibrations generated by current conduction and air sound pressure on the cable. This stabilizes signal transmission and minimizes micro-distortion and phase shift.

Floating Shield Design

The BC150G adopts an inner core plus outer shielding mesh structure. Its main core consists of two strands with four conductor groups each, transmitting positive and negative signals for the left and right channels respectively. The shielding mesh is isolated from the 4.4mm plug shell and floats at both ends, to eliminate ground interference between certain audio devices.

Headphone Compatibility

The ddHiFi BC150G headphone series offers multiple connector options, including the 3.5mm Flat Standard Plug, 3.5mm Recessed Extended Plug, 4-Pin Mini XLR Plug, Sennheiser ODU 2-Pin Plug, Focal LEMO 2-Pin, A2DC Plug. Among these, the 3.5mm Flat Standard and 4-Pin Mini XLR are maintained with ample regular stock, while other connector types are made to order.
