Andromeda 10 builds on the iconic legacy of the original Andromeda, drawing from the classic sound signature and infusing a decade of knowledge and technique to expand and elevate performance. It will come in three exciting styles; with two special launch editions and the standard model in the classic Andromeda green.

Expanding the classic five balanced armature Andromeda configuration to an incredible 10-BA internal architecture, Andromeda 10 is tuned for balance, clarity, and the classic just-north-of-neutral tonality that brought the original to the forefront of the high-fidelity IEM world.

The Power of 10

Andromeda 10 features an all-new, ten-balanced-armature driver configuration, doubling the quantity found in the original, five-driver architecture of the classic Andromeda.

With four low, four mid, and two high frequency balanced armatures, Andromeda 10 highlights the best in what BAs have to offer - clarity, speed, detail, and resolution - by using a large array of premium balanced armatures and pairing them with a range of design and acoustic engineering techniques to impart depth, layering, immersion, and cohesion to Andromeda 10’s sonic performance.

Internal Technologies

Hybrid Capacitor Crossover
Aiding with Andromeda 10’s driver cohesion is a vintage ceramic-film capacitor chosen specifically for its compatibility and synergy with Andromeda 10’s internal architecture. This special component helps to seamlessly blend frequency compartmented driver assemblies and to elevate and unify its sonic presentation. 

Noise Elimination Mid Circuit
New and unique to Andromeda 10, is Campfire's newly designed Noise-Elimination Mid-Circuit (NEMC), with Andromeda’s four premium mid-frequency balanced armatures housed and wired in a newly designed configuration that eliminates extraneous ringing and noise that can have a subtle presence in balanced armatures and can be even more present when stacking identical drivers. This circuitry coalesces with the other techniques and internal design of Andromeda 10 to contribute to a clean, clearly delineated presentation. 

Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber
A longstanding component among Campfire IEMs, and a technology found in the classic Andromeda and other iterations, Campfire’s proprietary Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber (TAEC) is incorporated into Andromeda 10’s internal architecture. This carefully crafted tuning chamber is coupled with Andromeda’s drivers, precisely manipulating the driver’s raw performance to achieve specific frequency response targets and increase spatial imaging and staging. 

Special Launch Edition

Commemorating the launch of Andromeda 10 are two, limited launch editions. These models feature the same incredible tuning as the standard edition and come in a precision machined PVD stainless steel body with either black or gold Damascus lids.

Accompanying these special units is a custom made, small-batch premium cable and an alternate color of our new IEM travel case. 

Damascus Steel
Durable and refined, Andromeda 10 SE features a precision machined, PVD stainless steel housing capped with a striking Damascus steel lid in gold or black. 

Custom Premium Cable
With six, thick gauge, gold-plated copper conductors, Andromeda 10 SE's cable was specially created to sonically accent Andromeda's tuning. Much like Andromeda 10 itself, this cable highlights precision, detail, and staging while imparting a touch of color.

The added touch of gold and black wire enamel and signature Campfire design-language come together to make this cable a perfect match in both sonics and aesthetic.
