Fiio Darkside LPS

The power supply was delivered quickly and securely.The first impressions of the LPS was weighed more then expected and was a perfect match for the K-13 I recently purchased. I put it through a workout and while warmed up, it was within expectations for this type of device. The K-13 was dead silent while turning the volume control up beyond safe levels.While expensive for a LPS, the quality and well designed nature of this product makes its cost fair for what you get. In the event you are considering a LPS, this should be on your short list.

Maximize your K13!

If you're like me, and are in love with the K13, and also like to squeeze every last bit of performance out of your beloved gear, get this power supply. It matches the aesthetic of the K13 so it looks AMAZING, but more importantly, it improves the sound of the K13 noticeably.

Before you say "A power supply could never change the sound of a DAC!", research how R2R resistor ladders work. They, in fact, DO benefit greatly from ultra clean low-noise linear power supplies, and the K13 is no exception.

More powerful bass, more full mids, and softer treble are what you will get from this. Is it huge? No... Probably a 5% difference. But if you have resolving headphones and/or a nice amp, you will notice it immediately.l and enjoy it every time you listen.

Easily worth the money for the upgrade, peace of mind, and amazing clean look!
