Step into the future of high-end audio with Burson Audio’s Fusion Core. Designed for audiophiles who demand the best, this sleek, sci-fi-inspired power supply unit delivers 480W of pure, clean energy in 24V and 32V models.
Fusion Core is a specially engineered low noise power supply based on GaN transistor technology. It’s perfect for powering the Timekeeper Voyager and all Burson Audio products with 24V input. Experience unmatched efficiency, ultra-high frequency performance, and noise-free power delivery with the sleek and modern Fusion Core.
Say goodbye to old-school MOSFETs. The Fusion Core’s GaN transistors are like warp drives for your audio system. Human hearing tops out at 20 kHz, and standard MOSFET power supplies work barely above that. GaN transistors operate at 1 MHz and beyond. This ultra-high frequency, combined with custom noise filtering, means more effective noise reduction and crystal-clear sound.
Linear power supplies are the dinosaurs of the audio world: bulky, inefficient, and prone to overheating. Additionally, every linear power supply suffers from 50Hz grounding noise and transformer hum that pollutes every note.
GaN transistors make Fusion Core powerful and efficient while maintaining a sleek look. No more grounding noise, cheating plugs, or hiding your humming power unit out of sight. The attractive, cool-running Fusion Core suits any living space and delivers an unparalleled audio experience.

Pretty much same diff as going from the standard power supply to the Supercharger to the Fusion. It really liberates the sound assuming you have components up the chain that can keep up. Highly recommended!
I have the Burson Conductor 3X GT. I listen with Hedd Audio HeddTwo and Austrian Composer headphones. The improvement is immediately noticable on all types of music. Without the Fusion Core, the Conductor 3X GT was all strengths and no weaknesses. But the Fusion Core somehow increases resolution, and improves the process of sorting out different threads of the music. Maybe by lowering the noise floor?
There is the cliche about staying up late listening to your favorite music all over again. But that definately happened!
