Using my Aune Yuki (a very neutral and dynamic DAC), I compared the Ibasso CB18 with about a dozen other cables, each with their own unique sound signature - including several by ddHiFi and the Ibasso CB19 and CB19 C.- and found the Ibasso CB18 to have the most neutral, dynamic, and pleasing sound of them all, with the exception of the CB19 C (which needs a power bank that is heavy, bulky, and inconvenient). I would highly recommend the Ibasso CB18 to bring out the best sound from your dongle DAC - it will likely be a significant upgrade. The personalized service from Bloom Audio was truly outstanding.
