Proprietary R2R DAC

At the heart of the DM15 R2R is FiiO’s self-developed R2R DAC. It uses a resistor ladder to convert digital data into analog waveforms. That translates to a smoother, more organic style of playback many listeners prefer. The player also delivers low noise and distortion—THD+N under 0.030% at 1kHz, and a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 112dB—so quiet passages stay quiet and dynamic passages stay bold. 

Bluetooth Connectivity

If you want to step away from cables, the DM15 R2R can transmit Bluetooth to your favorite wireless headphones or speakers. Supported codecs include SBC, aptX, aptX-HD, aptX-LL, and aptX-Adaptive. It’s a simple way to listen to your discs without being anchored to a cord. 

Anti-Vibration Support

The ESP switch stabilizes playback when the player moves or shifts. It reduces the chance of skipping while walking or carrying the unit from room to room. Once you’re settled at your desk or on the couch, you can leave it on or off. The player handles disc reading reliably either way.
