Eighty hours on the battery. Easily plug it into any source via USB-C, 3.5 or Bluetooth and you've got beautiful sound to enjoy. What's not to love? The Noble Fokus Apollo is a cut above other pairs of headphones I've tried over the years, and I've tried many. I can take it everywhere, use it with all of my equipment extremely easily, and apart from the fact that there are no voice prompts and the app's not the greatest for Voice-over users at the moment, (I'm totally blind), it's beautiful. The hybrid dynamic/planar driver set up really gives this headset a lot to work with. With much of the bass action going through the dynamic and higher frequencies going through the planar, all the instruments in songs get to have their day. I cannot say enough things about the Apollo and how wonderful it's been getting to break it in over the past week.
Thank you Noble.
My headphones were less than satisfactory on my last vacation trip. Even though they were closed backs, they let in a lot of engine noise. I ended buying the Apollos for my ANC headphones. They were open box but seemed to be in new condition. What has impressed me so far is the personalized EQ. It is more advanced than what what was on the Rexford5. I guess I don’t hear both the the lows and the highs as well as I used to. After EQ, you have a punchy bass with exceptional clarity. Really good for Rock.
I dont say this lightly, but these are by far the best set of headphones I have ever graced my ears with. Sound, comfort, materials and finishes are all immaculate. Wireless is fantastic. Going to experiment more with wired, but that sounds great so far, too!
I am hearing details in tracks that I never knew existed and involuntarily singing/dancing like crazy. Open box came in perfect condition. Couldn't recommend more highly if I tried.
Im not an audiophile, but I love good sound. Ive owned several IEM's, use Hifiman Sundara and Ananda on my desktop, and have recenty purchased a pair of B&W Px7 S2's as I wanted something for work, travel, and occasional gaming. Well needless to say some more research led me to these Noble Fokus Apollo's. They are much bigger on my head, and the case is twice as large, but these things dont matter to me. What matters was the sound was exceptional! Especially plugged in via usb-c. Even better was the Noise Isolation. Passively they do a fantastic job, but turn on the ANC, boom its like you are in a vacuum. Voices can still come in a bit muffled, but once you play music or a video you dont hear a thing. The boom mic that comes with it is great for meetings and discord, and makes this a multifaceted device. I can grab this for trips with my laptop, and have a great alround gaming experience as well as be clearly heard in meetings. While it doesnt give as good of a sound stage as my Anandas, its still leagues better than the px7 I used, and honestly any other headset ive had. It seems to have no trouble separating out voices and instruments when listening to music, while still delivering a warm and comfortable experience, which is my preference.
TL;DR Under 1k, this headset offers exceptional isolation, sound, and mic performance with a week long battery (80hrs+). There is no product that competes with it as an all rounder.
These are my first pair of what I would deem expensive headphones and I really love em. Every time I have an opportunity to do so, I'm wearing them. The sound quality is nice and you can hear EVERYTHING. Also if you are feeling like not listening to anyone, these boys got you. Really comfy too.
