Visible Temperature

Venus’ cavity is precision-printed using HeyGears’ advanced 3D printing technology, allowing exact control over the sharpness and scale of every detail. Only HeyGears PAU20 resin is selected, chosen for its superior bending strength and durability. The faceplate is crafted from stabilized birch wood, combining natural beauty with resilience against ambient temperature changes. Its design evokes the surface of Venus itself—scorching, volcanic, and radiant—capturing the planet’s fiery essence in every detail.

Venus has been adjusted and modified many times in order to create a shell shape that is suitable for the masses. Necessary support is provided for each point of contact with the outer ear to reduce pressure that may exist when wearing. The nozzle is made of high-quality stainless steel to avoid rust, acoustic duct blockage or damage from long time use. 

Tuning Concept

Venus is the brightest planet visible from Earth, second only to the Moon. With surface temperatures reaching up to 462°C, the tuning of Venus’s sound is inspired by a sense of “heat” and intensity. The engineer believes that sound is the primary medium for conveying emotion. But emotion doesn’t have to be expressed solely through warmth, it can also be free, indulgent, and expressive.

With Venus, emotional expression moves beyond the traditional ideas of cold or warm timbre, coming to life instead through the dynamic and nuanced expressiveness of the sound itself. 

Driver Configuration

Venus features a hybrid design with 3 balanced armatures and 1 dynamic driver, integrated through a 3-way crossover. With precise tuning, these four drivers deliver consistent timbre and seamless frequency transitions, fully highlighting the expressive power of Venus.

The 10mm beryllium-plated dynamic driver handles the bass, with its rigid diaphragm restoring every detail and maximizing the natural impact and depth of low frequencies.

The custom mid-frequency balanced armature delivers rich, dense sound while bridging the highs and lows, preserving more musical detail. Meanwhile, the dual high-frequency balanced armatures work in harmony with the mid and low units to enhance clarity, energy, and extension in the treble, maintaining a balanced vertical soundstage and an immersive listening experience.

Included Cable

Venus comes standard with 4-core high-purity Silver-plated OCC wire, which combines the advantages of OCC full low frequency and silver-plated transparency to achieve balanced output of three frequencies. Each core consists of 49 strands of 0.06mm, twisted in a Litz Type 1 structure, which effectively avoids skin effect and proximity effect, making high-frequency signal transmission more stable.
