Excellent transaction. They even included a few pieces of my favorite flavor of Skittles candy and a note thanking me for my purchase! Now that's what I would consider great customer service! I will definitely shop with bloom audio again!

Go Pod a Game Changer but the Ear Loops can use some improvement

I have not used a TWS earbud since getting my GO pods. The sound of the high end wired earbuds is superior and they sound really good with the the Go Pods.
The problem with the Ear Loops they use the 2 pin connectors on both ends. I find it tricky to get those aligned. The connection at the ear bud is out of IFI's control. You need to match the earbud connection. What is annoying is that the connection at the Go Pod End is also two pin. They would be much easier to use if they used mmcx and then it would be a simple matter of snapping them together.
