AMP-F8

Whether building a purist Hi-Fi system from the ground up or upgrading your existing setup with a high-performance power amplifier, AMP-F8 integrates seamlessly into your acoustic world, bringing you closer to the original studio master recording and making high-fidelity listening part of everyday life.

Effortless Drive for Large Speakers

AMP-F8 is built with generous power reserves. In bridged mode, it delivers up to 500W into 8Ω. In stereo mode, it outputs 180W per channel into 8Ω and 280W per channel into 4Ω. Whether paired with large floor standing speakers or faced with complex loads, AMP-F8 provides stable and abundant energy support.

Strong drive gives sound a greater sense of scale, while helping bass remain firm, elastic and controlled. From a spacious soundstage at home to dynamic playback in larger rooms, AMP-F8 keeps music clear in structure, natural in tension and composed in control.

Clean Power

Power supply design is central to the stable performance of a power amplifier. AMP-F8 uses a custom 800W high-power toroidal linear power supply, delivering ample and stable energy to the left and right channels. Its independent power supply design helps reduce interaction between channels, supporting more stable imaging and better control during dynamic output.

AMP-F8 also features an array of 24 custom audio-grade filter capacitors, designed to reduce subtle power-supply ripple and support stronger transient current response. As music rises and shifts, the system can release energy quickly, giving dynamic passages more strength and composure.

An integrated DC blocking circuit further optimizes the power environment. It helps suppress the influence of DC offset in the AC mains on the toroidal transformer, reducing mechanical vibration and potential noise interference, and providing the amplification circuit with a more stable and cleaner power foundation.

Lower Distortion, Closer to the Original Recording

AMP-F8 keeps total harmonic distortion as low as 0.003%. Lower distortion means less unwanted coloration, allowing texture, layering and emotional expression in the music to be presented more completely. From clear highs to solid bass, the sound stays closer to the recording itself. Instrument texture, vocal breath and subtle spatial cues are reproduced in a more natural and transparent way.

A Quiet Background

A high signal-to-noise ratio is essential for an excellent power amplifier. With an SNR of 115dB, AMP-F8 creates a cleaner and quieter sonic background. As the noise floor is lowered, the decay of notes, the depth of the space, the placement of instruments and the subtle breath in vocals become easier to hear.

From delicate expression in softer passages to expansive energy in larger dynamic swings, AMP-F8 maintains a clear and stable sonic outline. Each listening session reveals more of what is hidden in the recording.

Parallel MOSFET Architecture

AMP-F8 adopts a high-fidelity Class AB amplification architecture. To improve circuit consistency, each channel of AMP-F8 uses three pairs of precision-matched high-current MOSFET power devices. The parallel architecture distributes current more evenly, helping reduce distortion risks caused by uneven current sharing while maintaining excellent linearity under different loads. The operating characteristics of MOSFETs also allow AMP-F8 to combine strong driving capability with a naturally smooth sonic character.
