It reaches 15W + 15W with a 16 ohms load and 7.5W + 7.5W with a 32 ohms load. Unlike traditional amplifier designs, the DHA15 effortlessly meets the power demands of low-impedance, low-senstivity planar magnetic headphones.

Cirrus Logic DAC Chips

The DHA15 features two flagship decoding chips from Cirrus Logic, the CS43198, along with a specially customized Moondrop TYPE-UA01 high-performance main control chip. This combination Supports PCM 32bit/384kHz and DSD256, achieving exceptional performance reproduction and rich detail.

Powerful Amp Module

With its built-in high-efficiency and low-noise power supply system, the DHA15 delivers incredible performance, achieving a dynamic range and SNR ratio of 131dB, along with a THD+N as low as 0.00007% at 1kHz. An additional surge protection design prevents current surges from damaging your headphones.

2nd Gen Online Interactive DSP

DHA15 supports Moondrop's second-generation online interactive DSP, allowing users to customize and adjust the parameterized equalizer using a web tuning tool. This professional visual tuning interface enables adjustments to parameters such as filter type, frequency point, gain, and Q value. A comprehensive database of headphone frequency responses is available for reference during the tuning process, enhancing usability and accuracy.

99-Step Volume Control

With 99 steps of volume control and three adjustable gain settings, the DHA15 ensures a smooth and safe listening experience. The low gain setting is specially optimized to ensure accurate volume control, whether using IEMs, portable headphones, or full-size planar magnetic headphones.

Desktop Versatility

In addition to the USB-C input and headphone output, you can connect through dual 3-pin XLR and dual RCA ports, allowing DHA15 to function as a preamplifier, pure amplifier, or pure DAC. This makes it compatible with in-ear monitors, headphones, or desktop speakers. The additional independent grounding design allows for the use of grounding accessories, resulting in even purer sound quality.
