NuTube 6P1 Vacuum Tube Audio Circuit

The N8iii features the carefully selected KORG Nutube 6P1 dual Directly Heated Triode (DHT), precision matched by hand. The four-channel tube timbre circuit delivers rich and consistent acoustic performance. Built on Cayin's classic three-stage amp circuit, the design ensures optimal signal integrity and dynamic swing.

Classic Tube Timbre: Exhibits a classic vacuum tube amplifier with relatively more thermal noise but richer and lusher presentation.

Modern Tube Timbre: The harmonic distortion characteristics and sound signature lean more towards a modern style, with greatly reduced thermal noise and cleaner tube sound.

N8iii adopts AKM's latest flagship DAC solution, featuring (2x) AK4191EQ + (4x) AK4499EX. A fully discrete left/right channel builds independent DAC systems per channel. Operating in mono mode, the system achieves fully parallel balanced current output, significantly enhancing dynamic performance and overall resolution.

Perfect Channel Matching

A dedicated analog potentiometer serves as position encoder, paired with dual JRC MUSES72320V high-end electronic volume controllers. It implements fully balanced, 4-channel hardware-level volume and gain control, with end-to-end balanced signal transmission and amplification.
