This amp has more power than I'll ever need, and is a few magnitudes more transparent than I can hear. I can find no fault in its performance acoustically.
I am, however, disappointed with how difficult-to-reach its input and gain controls are, as well as how much power it consumes while idling. When it's on, it's noticeably warm to the touch, and I calculate that it will cost me about $50/year in electricity to leave on 24/7.
Overall though I consider these small prices to pay, and highly recommend this amp.
