I chose to order my 64 Audio CIMs from Bloom Audio, as opposed to directly from 64 Audio, primarily due for added level of service, pre- and post-sale.
Bloom Audio was usually quick to reply to my inquires. If you order CIEMs from 64 Audio, be prepared to wait for 6+ weeks. For me the process took longer because I had to submit three different impressions before they were approved by 64 Audio. They are meticullous. Bloom Audio was quick to expedite shipping once they were finished being made.
The end product is very good. My new 64 Audio CIEMs have three drivers and replace my former CIEMs that have three drivers. Sound-wise, they are very similar, makes sense.
The build quality of the 64 Audio CIEMs is superior. Extremely well-made, solid, reliable and easy to clean. The latter for me is a big deal. I use them weekly and my former CIEMs had to be carefully cleaned after every use with a Jodi-Vac cleaner, what a hassle. My new 64 Audio CIEMs are super easy to clean, rarely get a lot of buildup. No mess, no fuss. For me, as a weekly user, that is a big deal.
I expect to use my new 64 Audio CIEMs for a few years. And when I do replace them, for whatever reason, I will upgrade to more drivers to enhance the sound.
As-is, the 64 Audio A3e CIEMs work fine, I hear everything clearly, they fit relatively tight, stay deep inside my ears most of the time (less fidgiting on stage).
And Bloom Audio facilitated the whole process very nicely.

The quality of these IEMs is everything I hoped for and more, both in sound and physically. My old IEMs had 4 drivers, and I was concerned about dropping down to 3, but the sound quality, headroom and clarity would have you think I doubled drivers instead of cut one. I use these for playing drums, bass and guitar and they cover everything perfectly. I definitely would recommend these to anyone looking to get new IEMs. The specs regarding frequencies and impendence, etc. are practically identical to the IEMs I replaced, but the quality and clarity of the sound is worlds better.
