Precision Bass System (PBS)

THIEAUDIO’s Precision Bass System (PBS) recreates a subwoofer-like experience in an IEM. Finally found my Endgame IEMs!

I first started off with the Moondrop Variations and then the Monarch IV’s and Bloom Audio let me trade in the Monarchs for these Valhallas and wow was that the greatest decision I’ve made! At first I was accidentally sent the wrong IEMs but upon contacting Bloom Audio’s support stating what happened they quickly sent me a return label and was very communicative during the entire process. The entire experience was scary at first but with how helpful their customer service was it goes to show how genuine and determined Bloom Audio is at taking care of their customers, you won’t be disappointed! Upon receiving the second pair, I was very excited to try them out and oh my god despite being in the honeymoon phase I just knew these were my endgame. I actually loved the bass on the monarchs but it required switching from standard to rumble mode frequently which was kind of a hassle but the Valhallas retained that bass and it’s as if it has best of both worlds! I also found that these are amazing for EDM, K-pop, J-pop, and very versatile with other genres. Also tried this with a bit of gaming like Valorant, and was amazed! Definitely beats your generic Logitech gaming headphones lmao. Overall very happy with this purchase and to those still on the fence about getting these, don’t hesitate! They’re worth it!! Unreal listening experience

Unreal audio experience. Music comes to life with every detail heard from the individual instruments to the thumping of the bass. Could not be happier with this product!

Excellent separation, lacking bass

(Paired with Eletech Baroque Stage)

The Valhalla really brings out the hidden details in music — especially the vocals, which sound amazing on this set. After a sit-down listen however, I find that (although incredibly clear which contributes to the well-separated nature of this IEM), the bass certainly lacks texture and rumble which takes it down a star for me.

A True Flagship for Thieaudio

All in all a Great IEM. sounds slightly more musical with endgame defining resolution and tonality which isn't what you'd expect compared to something like the THIEAUDIO Prestige, has better separation and soundstage

If you're like me and are worried about how lackluster the packaging and especially the cable is, don't be. I opened up my Valhalla and was presently surprised they upgraded the Elite Noir cable to what is also included with the THIEAUDIO Monarch MKIV (but instead of brown this one is blue and stiffer because now it has a nice thick high quality sleeving) that they call the Noir v2 based on the response I got from Linsoul when I contacted them. I'll leave their response below in case you want to know what they said

"Regarding the cable you mentioned, we can confirm that the cable you received is indeed the upgraded version of the EliteNoire cable, which is currently used not only for the Origin but also for the Valhalla.

Compared to the previous cable for the Origin, this upgraded cable offers improvements in craftsmanship and audio transmission quality.

Regarding your comment about the absence of a neck cinch on the cable you received, this feature is actually of limited use and does not affect the cable’s performance."
